All post will be packed and sent out within 1-2 business days for all orders placed during Monday - Friday before 12 PM (GMT). All orders placed on the weekend will be dispatched on the next business day. All shipments will be sent using a tracked service with Royal Mail, DPD or DHL.

Customs, taxes, collection and duty fees may still apply to those countries outside of the UK, VIEULEX is not responsible for any taxes and duties incurred, as this is the responsibility of you the customer. Our returns policy allows you to return unused products within 7 days of receiving the item(s). You can open the parcel and check the contents. Once we've received your returned item(s), we will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible. Returns will only be accepted when items are returned undamaged and in an unused condition with all original packaging.


Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. You can return your item(s) to us and place a new order to receive the item(s) of your choice. To return your item(s) send us an email at and we will provide you an address to send the item(s) to.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping any of our sunglasses, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
